Together, we’ll explore the energy of the Moon through astrology, journaling, gentle yoga and chakra activation, guided meditation, intuitive and Angel messages, Reiki energy healing, and a soothing crystal sound bath. With herbal tea, essential oils, crystals, and a symbolic release ritual, you’ll have space to soften what feels heavy, welcome fresh perspective, and reconnect with what matters most.
