Once each month, under the light of the Full Moon, we gather in circle.
This is a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself in a world that rarely invites us to pause.
Our modern lives ask us to move quickly, hold everything together, and keep pushing forward. Over time, this can leave our nervous systems overwhelmed and our inner voice difficult to hear. The Full Moon offers a natural moment to stop, breathe, and release what we’ve been carrying. The energy of spirit, Angels, and our guides is palpable in this space.
These ceremonies began as my own private Full Moon rituals. As friends and neighbors became curious and asked to join, the circle slowly grew into something much larger. What began quietly has now opened to anyone in the community who feels called to gather, reflect, and experience the power of intentional release together.
Each month, we work with the unique energy of the current Full Moon through practices that support emotional clarity, energetic balance, and reconnection with the divine feminine within.
Being in circle is the closest I have come to feeling truly at home and surrounded by spirit. Time stands still in this space; we are able to ground into our internal being and connect with our guides, remembering that the only time is now.
During our time together, you will be guided through a series of gentle and grounding experiences, including astrology insights for the current moon, reflective journaling, collective card guidance, and a short yoga flow designed to open the body and activate all the chakras, and highlighting the chakras most connected to that particular moon's energy.
We then move into a guided meditation journey where participants are invited to meet themselves more deeply and receive intuitive messages from their inner wisdom and guides. During this time, Reiki energy healing is offered while the group rests in stillness and supportive 432 Hz music fills the space.
The evening concludes with a symbolic release ritual under the Full Moon, allowing each participant to let go of what no longer serves them and return to themselves with greater clarity and calm.
Raising our vibration to a state where we are able to connect to this portal can feel euphoric. It is the most natural high I have ever experienced. There is no need for substances that can numb our sensitivities. Instead, we work with oils, herbal tea, crystals, and smudging tools.
In these moments, we are often clearer and more present than in our normal state, as we align our bodies with a deeper sense of well-being. I have found that this energy is powerful and requires care, honoring the body as the vessel that allows this experience to take place.
None of this would be possible without the support of our Angels and spirit. During the Full Moon, the veil between the physical and spiritual realms feels thin, making their presence in circle undeniable. This connection deepens the messages, the guidance, and the rituals we share together.
Over time, this circle has become a powerful energetic portal for transformation and connection. It is from this gathering that Moon Mail was born, allowing anyone to work with the same Full Moon energy from wherever they are. Those who attend the in-person ceremony experience the original container where this portal is opened each month, as well as the amplified energy of those joining us through the Moon Mail offering.
