Once each month, under the light of the Full Moon, we gather in circle.
This is a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself in a world that rarely invites you to pause.
Our modern lives ask us to move quickly, hold everything together, and keep pushing forward. Over time this can leave our nervous systems overwhelmed and our inner voice difficult to hear. The Full Moon offers a natural moment to stop, breathe, and release what we’ve been carrying.
These ceremonies began as my own private Full Moon rituals. As friends and neighbors became curious and asked to join, the circle slowly grew into something much larger. What began quietly has now opened to anyone in the community who feels called to gather, reflect, and experience the power of intentional release together.
Each month we work with the unique energy of the current Full Moon through practices that support emotional clarity, energetic balance, and reconnection with the divine feminine within.
During our time together you will be guided through a series of gentle and grounding experiences including astrology insights for the current moon, reflective journaling, collective oracle guidance, and a short yoga flow designed to open the body and activate the chakras most connected to that particular moon's energy.
We then move into a guided meditation journey where participants are invited to meet themselves more deeply and receive intuitive messages from their inner wisdom and guides. During this time, Reiki energy healing is offered while the group rests in stillness and supportive 432 Hz music fills the space.
The evening concludes with a symbolic release ritual under the Full Moon, allowing each participant to let go of what no longer serves them and return to themselves with greater clarity and calm.
Over time, this circle has become a powerful energetic portal for transformation and connection. It is from this gathering that Moon Mail was born, allowing others to work with the same Full Moon energy from wherever they are. Those who attend the in-person ceremony experience the original container where this portal is opened each month as well as heightened powerful momentum by including all of those who are joining us energetically through the Moon Mail offering.
